What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain features on our CPaaS platform and WhatsApp SaaS product
  • Develop responsive, performant frontend interfaces using PHP and modern JS
  • Design and maintain REST APIs for SMS, WhatsApp and RCS integrations
  • Work on our multi-tenant SaaS dashboard campaign management, analytics and billing
  • Manage MySQL/MariaDB databases and write optimised queries
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product decisions and feature prioritisation
What We're Looking For
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in full stack web development
  • Strong in PHP (core or Laravel) and MySQL
  • Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap
  • Experience with REST API development and integration
  • Exposure to SMPP, messaging APIs or telecom is a big plus
  • Self-driven you take ownership and see things through without constant follow-up

What You'll Do
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS and SMPP services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation to closure to onboarding
  • Build and maintain client relationships for renewals and upsells
  • Conduct product demos via WhatsApp, calls and video meetings
  • Work with the tech team to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue resolution
  • Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline, deal stages and follow-up records
What We're Looking For
  • 1โ€“3 years of B2B sales experience telecom, SaaS or tech preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus)
  • Comfortable explaining technical products in simple terms to non-technical buyers
  • Self-motivated you hunt for leads, follow up consistently and close deals
  • Understanding of bulk SMS, WhatsApp API or messaging industry is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting
