Scope of Services

InfyReach Connect provides communication services including SMS, RCS, WhatsApp messaging, Voice solutions, Email delivery, SMPP gateway connectivity, and aggregator platforms.

User Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TRAI, DLT, WhatsApp, and applicable telecom regulations
• Send messages only to users who have provided valid consent
• Avoid spam, fraud, illegal, abusive, or misleading content
• Maintain confidentiality of API keys, credentials, and SMPP binds

Prohibited Usage

• Unsolicited promotional messaging (spam)
• Phishing, scam, or deceptive campaigns
• Content violating Indian laws or telecom regulations
• Any activity that harms networks, operators, or recipients

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in case of policy violations, regulatory complaints, misuse, or non-payment.

Billing & Payments

All services are prepaid or postpaid as agreed. Pricing, credits, and billing cycles are communicated separately. No refunds are provided for used or expired credits.

Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime and delivery, InfyReach Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for operator delays, network issues, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

InfyReach Connect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, content, and platform components belong to InfyReach Connect. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
