InfyReach Connect provides communication services including Bulk SMS, RCS messaging, WhatsApp Business API, Voice IVR solutions, SMPP gateway connectivity, SMPP aggregator platform and Lead Generation services.

• Ensure compliance with TRAI, DLT, WhatsApp, and applicable telecom regulations
• Send messages only to users who have provided valid prior consent
• Avoid spam, fraud, illegal, abusive, or misleading content
• Maintain confidentiality of API keys, credentials, and SMPP binds

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Unsolicited promotional messaging (spam) to unconsented recipients
• Phishing, scam, or deceptive campaigns of any kind
• Content violating Indian laws or telecom regulations
• Any activity that harms networks, operators, or message recipients

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in case of policy violations, regulatory complaints, misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of dues.

All services are prepaid or postpaid as agreed at the time of onboarding. Pricing, credits, and billing cycles are communicated separately and may be subject to change with prior notice.

No refunds are provided for used or expired credits. In case of a billing dispute, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

While we strive for high uptime and delivery rates, InfyReach Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for operator delays, network issues, DLT processing times, or force majeure events beyond our control.

InfyReach Connect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of our services, service interruptions, or third-party failures.

All trademarks, software, content, platform components, and branding belong to InfyReach Connect. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any part of our platform is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
